WHAT IS AN ESCAPE ROOM AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
An Escape Game is a real-life escape game that consist of players, in groups of 2-8, that are locked in a room and have 60 minutes to find clues, solve puzzles and work together as a team to escape the room before time runs out. As a normal part of Escape Games, teams are allowed to ask for three clues from their Game Master to assist in their progress. Teams that work together have the highest success rate.
AM I REALLY LOCKED IN A ROOM?
Yes and no! The door is locked but an exit button will allow anyone to exit the room at anytime.
WILL THERE BE OTHER PEOPLE IN THE ROOM?
ALL ROOMS ARE PRIVATE. The website will close the room and make it private for your safety after booking. If you want to add players after you book a room you will need to give us a call to add them and we will be happy to do so.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN PLAY?
The game requires a minimum of 2 players. Groups up to 8 players can play at one time.
DO I NEED A RESERVATION AND HOW DO I BOOK A ROOM?
Reservations are required and must be made online. Click on the 'Book Now' button at the top of this page.
HOW DO I BOOK MULTIPLE PARTICIPANTS FOR THE SAME BOOKING?
At the top of the Booking page, simply select the number of participants from the drop down menu that will be playing.
HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?
It is ideal to arrive 15-20 minutes early. Games start on time and late arrivals may not have the time needed to escape the room or be allowed to enter the room. Please plan on spending 15 minutes after the game for a photo session and talking crazy game stuff.
WHAT IS THE AGE LIMIT?
The game is best suited for 8 and up. We do not allow younger players to participate unless the entire room is booked by your group. Participant(s) 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note: If you have booked the entire room and choose to bring younger players, please keep in mind, game content may be too difficult for them and younger kids may not find this entertaining.
WHAT IS THE COST?
$31 per person plus tax.
WHEN AND HOW DO I PAY?
Games are paid online at the time of the booking.
DO YOU HAVE HANDICAPPED ACCESS?
Yes, our building, game rooms and bathroom have handicap access. However, some games rooms have limited access to certain areas.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?
Our games are non-refundable to no-shows. However, you may reschedule your game online for a different day/time if done within 24 hours. Otherwise, you will need to call us and we will try to reschedule your game.

WHAT ABOUT PARKING?
Street parking is free on weekends and after 6pm on weekdays.
